Actually Blue Ice posts a number of very interesting articles on one of our Alaska eJournals by the name of Alaska Dispatch (http://www.alaskadispatch.com) under the heading of Bush Pilot. Here is a recent article that they wrote on how to land on an steep Ice:

Counted 9 touch downs or landings and 1 roll out on the video, I used to feel good with 4-5!!
