Blue Ridge 57GA??

Anyone have any knowledge of this place?

I know it’s private, but does anyone know anything about it? Seems it’s mostly ultralights and LSAs?

I've been to Blue Ridge specifically but there's lots of great flying in the area. Looks like a fun runway, also looks like it's off market now
