Boise, Id area resaurants
Not necessarily information about airstrips or airports, but more general info about a greater area or a route of flight.
I'm looking to stop for breakfast on Friday in the Boise area on the way to JC. I saw on Fly2lunch.com that there is a restaurant on the airport at Nampa, Caldwell, and Emmett.
I called the number for the Nampa Runway Cafe and it said it was no longer in service.
The Airport Cafe at Caldwell has pretty good reviews on Yelp
I could not find anything about the Iron Club at Emmett.
Anyone have any recommendations?
Thanks, Phil

If it looks smooth, it might be. If it looks rough, it is...www.bigtirepilot.com ...www.alaskaheliski.com

Thanks. I plan on eating there at some point during the trip. However for the initial flight up from California thats a little farther north than we'd like.

The restaurant at Nampa is way better than Caldwell!! Trust me!! I heard Emmett is good too.
If you go to Emmett. I would highly recommend using the courtesy car and drive into town. Eat at the Blue Ribbon Cafe on Washington Street. Friendly service and excellent food.

I have eaten with Pat at the Blue Robbon Cafe in Emmett. Really good. Get the airport car and do that for sure. If your in Emmett for dinner, the China Cafe has really good potsickers. Ate with Pat there also. I mean really good potsickers.

The cafe at the Nampa airport is good. They are open from 7 am to 3 pm.
