First, understand that airplanes of that vintage GENERALLY were not provided with a "Pilot Operating Handbook", which is why one isn't listed on that web site. The 170 did come with an "Owner's Manual", which is a somewhat different deal.
Nevertheless, here's some info from the 170 B Owners Manual:
Landing distance in feet, over a 50 ft obstacle, sea level, standard conditions: 1145 (landing roll = 40 % of this distance).
Takeoff Distance in feet, to clear a 50 ft obstacle, sea level, standard conditions: 1230 (ground run approximately 38% of this distance).
This data is based on 2200 pound weight, stock airplane.
If you want a 170 Owners Manual, Cessna still sells them, and I believe Univair may also.
