Zane will be waiting for that check.......
"We"* will be expecting you to send it, since you run a business and understand the value/cost of finely targeted advertising. :)

With the warm weather coming for the next week, open water should not be an issue by then. Have a good trip back home Brian.

Are you guys 100% sure Brian hasn't sent Zane funds? I also know Brian and he is a nice guy and super friendly. I doubt he is trying to step on any toes.
Brian have a safe trip, I'm hoping to be headed back to MN soon also.

When you first posted this, you had a link to your business in the signature line which has now been changed. Guess that ad wasn't paid for either?

Sorry if i offended anyone , just trying to create some good opportunities for guys to build float time at a reasonable cost instead of buying a plane which i had to do! I did offer Zane before to purchase a add on this site and also offered him a SES rating for his efforts making this site happen. Just trying to keep some action on the floatplane area as it seems kinda slow along with general aviation.

Understand the need for rules on here but those promoting GA are far and few between. Websites like this I appreciate very much and the hard work that goes into it. Adventure Seaplanes is one of the only places on earth you can train, rent and solo a bushplane. They are on the same GA team which is getting smaller all the time. Maybe a polite IM to Brian would have been a better choice instead of jumping him. Just Saying

^^^^^^Point taken.
I don't know Brian or his outfit. By his IP he is obviously a commercial operator. His IP sounded very much like a to-the-point advertisement. I was trying to suggest it with humor. Humor doesn't always come through well on the net.......

My apologies.

I don't know about the rest of you guys, but having owned and operated these giant money pits on wheels and floats for a while now, you will not find a better bargain than I see here.

$135/hr for a C185? On floats? Dual X-C???? Floatplane X-C?????? That is CHEAP!!!!!

Plus, long haul cross country flying on floats, especially straight floats, is a learning experience for a new float flyer worth it's weight in gold. A monkey can fly patterns off a lake or river, but whole different ball game flying into strange territory and figuring it all out on the fly.

If you're a low time float guy or want to build real float time to get rated, you guys need to jump at this.
