C180/185 Cowl Black-out (Anybody interested?)

I have had a couple of folks ask me about the vinyl I put on the Skywagon cowl and if they could get a sheet.

I called my vinyl guy this AM and he will cut a bunch for us if anyone else is interested. Im going to just do this once, so if you want one, speak now or forever hold your piece. Im guessing it will be about $55 incl lower 48 shipping rolled up in a tube. In a perfect world the black should be a bit wider, but because of the compound curve, this is a big as it can be w/out wrinkles. Also, you will have to cut out the door. Wasnt that big of a deal to install. Vinyl is in flat black...

I also can have him cut the "Skywagon" or the "Cessna" graphic that I made. I did them in 10" and 6" wide and seems to be a good size. $35/pair shipped.

This is not for profit, and Im doing this as a favor, so please, no bitching. Ill wait a week or so then have him cut em. PM me if interested.

Very cool. How did you apply it? Soapy water and squeegee?

Its a sticky back vinyl. Most forgiving way to apply is indeed with water and a bit of soap. I have done 3 trucks this way with great results. My work truck now has most of the hood done w/ my logo knocked out. It has held up for 4 years in some harsh salty conditions. Good thing is it will just peel off with a touch of the heat gun.
