Cactus Flyin March 2 and 3, 2012

It is not backcountry, but there will be a backcountry forum.

The Cactus Antique Flyin will be held on March 2 and 3 at Casa Grande, AZ airport. There will be a backcountry forum between 9:00 and 11:00 the morning of the 3rd.

If you haven't been to the Cactus flyin before, there are some really interesting antique birds there and it worth a trip to just walk the flight line. Plus it is usually hard to beat AZ in early March.

Hope that some of you can stop by and say hello. AZ, NM and RAF will be doing a joint presentation on backcountry issues.

Regards, Larry

The Cactus Event was a good time. In fact, some of you who participated in Caveman 2010 were in the video they showed in the backcountry forum. It was a great day with perfect weather.

Hafast, I saw your plane but didn't spot you in the crowd. Let me know about the next bkfst, and I'll join you.

A short video of the day:

Sorry I missed you, I ended up running around with my two buddy's, my boss flew his Spartan in, and my other friend flew his H model P51 in from Pagosa Springs.
