Reason for this is that the Barstow Field Office is currently in the process of defining "roadways" in their oversight and anything they will define as an "established roadway" we will be able to maintain without constantly asking them for permission. They've agreed to add existing airstrips to this list, so we need to tell them where they are!
We already got a few together, but appreciate everyone's feedback to make sure we get as many as possible.
