Camping is the cure for insomnia

File under "Things we already know." Too much staring at glowing screens long after dark when we should be staring at campfires.

Crap. It's midnight and I just read this. Seems that artificial light and irony are keeping me awake. At least the monster and Krispy Kreme will get me rolling when I get up in 4 hours.

Funny, I find camping in bear country is a great source of insomnia. LOL

Re: Camping is the cure for insomnia

I have no trouble being sleepy staring at boeing screens on a 11 hour leg. Then I get to the hotel and wake up. Airplane is closer to being done so maybe I will get some back country camping in soon.

Perhaps if you make a habit of rolling in bacon grease before heading to sleep.

Re: Camping is the cure for insomnia

Great article. I get rather addicted to reading articles on the internet.

I am not sure whether I get enough sleep or not ?? I suppose it varies a lot fro person to person. Getting 7 or 8 hours of Z is just not happening. Plus they say as you get older you need less and less sleep ? Ugh..

Ill be down to zip :D
