Camping table
Avionics, airplane covers, tires, handheld radios, GPS receivers, wireless Wx uplink...any product related to backcountry aircraft and flying.
Just wondering what you guys are using for a camp table, if any. It's always nice to have a place to set stuff at the strips that don't have picnic tables. I've seen the fold up aluminum tables at Fred Meyer and such, but just wondering what the pros use.
Thanks

I have a Roll-A-Table and I like it a lot. It rolls up easily and weighs about 10 lbs.
Folded dimensions (Dia x L) 5.5 x 32 inches
Unfolded dimensions (L x W x H) 32 x 32 x 28 inches

X2 - It is a great table. I've looked and looked for something better, but have not found anything that comes close to taking up as little space. The top is some sort of vinyl or plastic that will melt if it gets too hot so just be aware of that. We've had ours for like 20 years and it has seen a lot of use on raft, flying, car, hunting trips, etc. Great product - I would like to buy another one and have two to take camping!

Ha! You just brought up an advantage of the lowly, looked down upon nose-dragger! The horiz stab is the right height for a great (light duty) table for making sandwiches etc. Throw a blanket on it and a tablecloth and 'wow', how did I remember to bring 'that' with me!
You had to leave the dutch oven home 'cause of weight, anyway, right?

Humor may not make the world go around, but it certainly cheers up the process...

With clothing, the opposite of NOMEX is polypro (polypropylene cloth and fleece).
Success has many fathers...... Failure is an orphan.
The horiz stab on my C182 is fairly large. By golly, and I looked around an' found ANOTHER ONE on the other side of the vert stab. LOTS of room/space! Don't need no stinkin' cupboard! A little wt. sensitive though, 'cause it'll tell you it's too heavy when your table descends to you ankles......
Be sure to be kind/gentle to it, it needs to 'follow you home'......

The faster I go , the farther behind I get.
I am with Littlecub, I use the stabilizer. On sloping beaches, I park headed down hill to make it more level. Seat belt the elevator up otherwise to keep stuff from rolling off the back side.

Ernie,
Thanks for the compliment for the Jambalaya. Here is the recipe: 2 boxes of Zatarains Jambalaya Rice Mix; 1 - 15 oz. can of corn; 2 - 10 oz. cans of small shrimp; 3 - 12.5oz. cans chicken chunks; 1 - 12oz. can mushrooms pieces; and 2 pack (4 links/pack) Andouille Cajun Style sausage. This is a very easy and simple recipe to put together; simple enough for Mike to follow.
Rose
PS Nice table too, Rob!
