carpet replacement 206H
Have you modified your aircraft? STC? STOL Kit? Major rebuild from just a data plate?
Looking for opinions/suggestions on replacing our new to us T206H carpet. Apparently, the HD seats of H model are lower to the floor and carpet bunches up every time seats are moved. Checked Selkirk, Airtec etc and before ordering a bunch of swatches thought I'd check here first. Must be approved (burn specs etc).
Thanks
Disregard: my previous post had two more suggestions I didn't notice.

I don't have any feedback on carpet, however if I were you, I'd also consider coin mat.
It's funny you mention the lower seats as I was just watching a 206 marketing video from Textron last night and the one thing that caught my attention was how the seats looked noticeable lower than the ones in my G variant. I imagine that has to do with the new certification standard for crashworthiness of seats, but do you notice a difference besides the carpet issue? I assume the crew seats are adjustable?
I was looking because, despite me poo-pooing the 206H for a while now, I've come to realize the useful load is actually quite similar to my porky 206G and I do like the refreshed interior.

Consider SCS. I haven't used their precut kits, but have ordered bulk material (foam and vinyl) in the past. The vinyl flooring they have has very small dots and is reasonably stiff and thin. Some of the other aviation dot floorings have larger dots and are more pliable and are thicker.

CParker; yes, both front seats are six way adjustable; seats 3 & 4 adjust on seat rails and seat back adjusts tilting back (no height) and rear 5 & 6 bench has no adjustment; although, we took them out and did a new W&B. Need to carry our mountain ebikes which may require removing seat 3 for convenience. .
