who's hanging on the throttle in the back seat?

Haha he's a flight instructor that I work with (i'm a lowly line guy)....unfortunately the company I rent from insurance policy wont let me be checked out for solo flight in the tailwheel until I have 100hrs of tailwheel time

(yeah you read that right)

Being able to rent a taildragger for solo flight is a pretty rare thing these days, for obvious reasons. It's pretty understandable, the minimums required. Of the few that I rented, they were pranged frequently or destroyed.

Especially when they get ground looped...which I believe this one was just recently.
