Cessna 206 SK206-42D
Have problems with your aircraft? Maybe just questions about how best to tune or adjust something? Regs or maintenance? Need to know the best way to do something?

I have started building up my PT6 206G Wipline 3450As. I started going through the SB list and did the frame inspection at the fuselage strut on all 3 of my 206s. The 15,000 hour bird had the cracks and loose fasteners. The G model frame is almost impossible to inspect because it is buried in the sandwich. While I had the G model down for the PT6 and Wipline float mods, the flying wires pull on those corners, I decided to do the SK206-42D on it also. The plan is to keep get it out of the way before the NPRM becomes an AD. Trying to remove the fasteners on a tight plane was hard. Got the job done but not within Cessnas hour allotment. Who else has has done this? I could not find any information of others doing it.
