Here's more on the wreck. News says the fatality was a passenger. It's been very windy in Northern Arizona the past few days. Not saying that to indicate that wind was a factor in this wreck, but it sure could've been. Tragic.

I have landed at Page when the wind was just rippen. They have a short cross runway that I have used a time or two, once it was 29kts right down runway 25. The bigger planes were still trying to use 33 with multiple go arounds. Now that 25 is paved maybe they will use it more often.

Looks like one of Grand Canyon birds .We see them occasionally around Boulder .
