Not sure if any of you northerners are close enough, but CGL4 is hosing a breakfast the morning of July 12th. Not exactly a back country strip, but it is grass. There's usually some neat airplanes that show up. Last year included a Beech 18 and home built sonex. Also a very interesting french plane with the same tail as a Wilga. Come out and enjoy some pancakes!
