"August 1 & 2: 36th Annual Jim Wright Memorial Stearman Fly-In. Free to the public. Most of the planes should be here by dinner time on Friday, but as always, Saturday is the best day to come out and take a look at these great old planes. The blacktop gets really warm in August, so please leave your non-service dogs at home. It’s hard on them to walk or sit on that hot blacktop. Keep your fingers crossed that there are no fires blocking air travel this year!"
