Hi folks!

This is my first message on this platform so I will introduce myself. My name is Simon, and I am currently working on my CPL on floats in the Central Okanagan. I have a strong passion for aviation, especially anything bush related, and I'm eager to gain more hands-on experience in different aircraft.

First off, I want to say how glad I am to have found this forum. It has been incredibly helpful and informative, and I appreciate all the insights and advice shared by this amazing community.

At this time I have only flown 172's and a 180 on floats. I've been advised that flying as many different types of planes as possible is a fantastic way to increase my skills and become a more versatile pilot. With this in mind, I'm reaching out to the community in hopes of connecting with private owners who might be willing to let me accompany them in their planes. I'm more than happy to cover the cost of fuel, and I can also compensate you for your time if needed. Of course, the beers will be on me too!

My goal is to become a commercial bush pilot up north, and I believe gaining experience in various bushplanes is crucial for achieving that dream. If you have a plane and are open to sharing your flying experiences, please feel free to reach out to me. I'm flexible with my schedule and willing to travel within a reasonable distance from my location.
