Creede Colorado Breakfast Fly-In 9/28/08

Join us for our annual Creede (C24) Breakfast fly-in! The aspen are turning now and should be close to peak by next weekend. Breakfast provided by the Philberns of Blue Creek Lodge, cost TBD. Last year we had 15 or so aircraft show up, everyone had a great time.

Is there camping available on the field? Would like to fly an Air Force T-41 from Peterson AFB out of Colorado Springs in on Saturday.

Camping is allowed. We can probably find an old car to use to run into town as well.

This guy I quoted is my CFII. We're both looking at coming out. Kind of depends on work and other stuff right now I think.

We're discussing camping overnight there on Saturday.

We may not make it flynbeekeeper. I may need Saturday to finish up my tailwheel endorsement. There is a possibility I can knock it out Friday after work though. If that is the case, we may need to get some local info from you as far as the flight in from Alamosa.

Am going to try to make it on Sunday. Planning to go to Leadville on Saturday, overnight somewhere and then make it on in to Creede on Sunday...weather permitting.

Bmurrish and I won't make it. I've got to work in the tower at KAFF airfield all day tomorrow and he's got a student to go fly with up near Buffalo Peaks.
