This is seriously great news, considering the plethora of backcountry destinations and the very few backcountry planes in South Africa

So, is it your Carbon Cub?

Re: Cubcrafters

Yup, it's an exciting development for CubCrafters. It was about a year putting that deal together, and it finalized at Oshkosh this year. There has always been a lot of interest coming from that part of the world, and hopefully (once the local regulatory aspect has been figured out with this first aircraft), Robin will be able to build many more for guys down there in the future.

Robin Coss Aviation is a great company and builds a lot of the Van's RV series of aircraft: http://www.cossaviation.com/
