Cubs in the spring

Did you fly somewhere cool, take photos, and feel like telling the tale to make us drool from the confines of our offices? Post them up!

Cubs in the spring

It was a nice April weekend in Eastern WA, good excuse to get out and fly.
Saturday morning was a word of mouth fly in breakfast at 3W7, Spencer and I headed that way over the west plains.

Good group for breakfast, gracious hosts for sure(Thanks Dave and crew!).

After Electric City, we headed back east for a stop by 7 Bays, neat group of folks there as well. Then popped over to Reardan for a stop by my sister and brother in laws farm. He got some drone shots of us.

Took my nephews out for a lap one by one. Took the older one for a loop over the baseball game and blew my sister's phone up with folks asking if it was us, gotta love farm towns.

Sunday was too nice to skip flying too so I popped up to the local mountain strip for a walkabout.

Probably should have done more chores, but that would have been less fun.

Beautiful scenery, loving that you have a "local mountain strip". Thanks for sharing!
