Just across Germany's northern-most border with Denmark you'll find an incredible superstore called Fleggaard. There, you can buy everything you need, from cases of wine to industrial strength dishwashing soap. It is Denmark's Costco, packaged as a German loophole.

In this commercial, 100+ women do stunts in the air, while free-falling.

You'd be hard-pressed to find a man in Denmark who hasn't seen and fallen in love with this commercial.

It's sad to think that advertisers can try to manipulate us by treating women as objects. I watched this THREE times, and I can't find any redeeming social merit.

I'd rant more, but I have to go buy a Siemens washing machine right now.

They were selling a washing machine??? Guess I'll have to watch it again and pay more attention.

That didn't open for me so I found this on YouTube, I think it's different than what you guys saw cuz I didn't see a washing machine, but I may have been distracted??

I lived in Denmark in 06-07. I don't remeber that brand. The Costco equivalent that I shopped was called Bilca. If I had only known, I would have shopped their on advertising alone. The Danes have a very unusual sense of humor and their TV commercials are pretty entertaining though.

I thought for a moment that I was going to need a translator for this foreign commercial. Fortunately it was done in universal basic!

I haul some chemicals for Siemens and there order desk ladies look nothing like those girls. Also what's the point in the helmets?
