Diemech Small Turbine Engine - 241hp
Lycoming, Continental, Hartzell, McCauley, or any broad spectrum drive system component used on multiple type.
Interesting. Maybe a double take before you pop for the overhaul on your O-470 or O-540?

Is there any significant price difference between avgas and Jet-A right now? I love that there are guys out there developing stuff like this, even though the odds are that it won't stick around.

Half a century spent proving “it is better to be thought a fool than to open your mouth and remove all doubt.”
Even if fuel was cheaper, the fuel burn is what makes it expensive. And shorten the range. But it would be a fun ride. Less weight than my 912S and more than 2x the power!

Yep, turbines are thirsty. But just think of how fast you could leave Dewey Moore. Probably end up with a 10' long cowling due to the balance issues.

make that 2.5x the power. At altitude probably 3.5x or more. That would be a ride, albeit brief.
