Documents holder
Sometimes the most fun way to get into the backcountry, Part 103 Ultralights and Light Sport Aircraft have their own considerations.

Been looking around for a documents holder for my ARROW paperwork. Spruce sells one but I could buy a couple hours worth of fuel for what they want for it. Curious what people have came up with that is functional.

They really are getting hard to find. Used to be you could drive down to Kragen's or AutoZone and pick up a document holder for your visor. Maybe you still can, I couldn't find one last time I checked. The last time I bought one was from Orchard in their auto section, it had two clips on it that were meant to clip onto the car's visor and display registration info. I clipped it onto the seat frame. You could look for something like that.

Thanks for the info. I knew there had to be something that would work that was not specifically an aircraft documents holder. I'll look for a vehicle one. How is your kit coming?

Wagaero shows two: "license holders",5" x 7", $7.50, and "radio license case",7-1/2" x 8",$4.45. In the very back of the catalog, look in the index under document holders.

Cessna Skywagon -- accept no substitute!
I dug through the office supply drawer at work yesterday and came across a 4X6 hard plastic sleeve. Stuck some 3M velcro to the back and stuck it to the side of my fuse.. Done and free

I cut some clear plastic sheet that came off some packaging to size, and used clear packing tape to attach it to the side of the fuselage. Been there for four years and working fine for zero cost.
