Does anyone subscribe to Light Plane Maintenance?

Light Plane Maintenance. I get their offers every so often. Just wondered if anyone here gets it and finds it helpful.

Thanks

yup... I find there to be some good articles, not everything applies to my plane, but its a good read and you can for sure learn a thing or three each month. For sure worth it IMO

Did years ago but dropped it . I've decided that most of the magizens are selling advertising space - and they will say xyz company (on page 33) is perfect for you buy one. I will spend my limited amount of funds for what I need - not for some editor of a rag magizeen wants me to buy. I quit all but 2 subscription services ---- Cessna pilots association and EAA myself. AOPA is fine if want a report on latest king aire .

Re: Does anyone subscribe to Light Plane Maintenance?

I just received my first issue a couple days ago and there was much for me to learn. I don't think they are killing it on advertising space. I think it is produced on a type writer. I'm happy the other mags have the ads, they pay for the magazine and allow for the content. If Gulfstream thinks I am in the target market for something in a magazine I'm not offended and it seems easy to turn the page. This one anyway seems to make it on the subscription fees though.
