I drove that Wyoming route a few years back in my crane, at one point getting passed on a grade by a trucker hauling an entire open flatbed of foam sheeting. He was really hauling ass with that light load, and I was envious. A few hours later it got a bit windy, Wyoming windy, and I passed him on a stretch of level highway with nothing to block the wind, which was a direct crosswind. He was down to about 40 MPH and had his flashers on. The entire load had shifted sideways, though still binded down, and he could do nothing about it as there was nowhere to stop out of the frigging wind, he may have made it into Rawlins but I doubt it
