In the tradition of Ice Pilots and Flying Wild Alaska... now Rob, lowflyin'G3, and our other agpilot brethren have some new porn hitting the living room screens:

That looks pretty cool, but what is with all the piston equipment? They left out all the kerosene burners and and rotorcraft not to mention the Mississippi Delta ag operations. That is arguably some of the most heavily populated ag operations areas in the country and them boys is crazy. LOL

Looks like they could have gotten a little more diversified with the program and really shown the expanse of work that ag pilots do for this country.

It's Canadian, also History Television. Not the history channel.

"Colin
We were excited to heli in Silverton — until we saw the bird. Looking like something your stoner uncle built in the garage out of four Meccano sets, a fish tank, and an AMC Pacer, this helicopter seats a pilot plus two only, making it a tricky vehicle, logistics-wise, when your group has 8 people in it. Like any of these shows, it's probably based on a single operation with recurring "characters" like Buffalo Air, rather than being a documentary like Nat Geo's "AK Wingmen" was.

Noted and changed. I always thought they were affiliated.

Re: Dust Up series trailer... cropdusters on History Televis

Nice find I can't wait to see it.

Some people dream of being a doctor or a lawyer, maybe even the president................As for me I've always dreamed of being a AG pilot.

While this video is not related to the show,it's great to watch and at times helps me get through a crappy day at a sh!t job eating Pb&J sandwiches so I can afford some flight time [-o<

All 6 episodes are up in the history.ca website. Watching Ep 1...not bad. Seems like more drama than even Ice Pilots...haha.

In my former life I worked for (8 1/2 years) for Blue Mt. Aviation and crop dusting corp. in Walla Walla,Washington -- Got my A&P and commercial with Ag permit there in 1960's. Experience you couldn't buy if you won the super lotto -24/7 action with the smell and sound of P&W 985's and 50 weight oil by the gallon per hour.I flew everything on the airport but mostly 985 Ag-Cats -like 2800+ hours .Soaked in chemicals--so the bugs stayed away--but you had bigger problems. Perfect training for going into 80 knots and 80 ft. agl low level Combat of the Jungles of Southeast Asia .

They block IP addresses outside Canada, or maybe just US IP's, I don't know.

You have to use a VPN to make it appear as if you're located inside Canada. Google it.
