EAA Breakfast

I see there are quite a few guys in the Reno area on this forum. I just wanted to let you all know that we have a great EAA pancake breakfast on the second Saturday of every month at the EAA hangar at the Truckee airport. We have a great group of folks and we generally have a pretty good turn out (wx providing).

I'm currently building a Smith Aviation widebody cub there.

Hope to see you all there sometime!

Jay,

Glad you joined the board! So, April's EAA breakfast is on the 9th? Sounds like fun, I love Truckee airport. Where exactly on the field is the EAA hangar? Is it in the front row by the main office or back with the other hangars? What time do the pancakes hit the griddle?

Would like to see that Smith widebody.

We have our own building towards the East end of the field. It's near the intersection of runways 10/28 and 01/19. The official start time is 08:00 but there's usually someone around at 07:30 or so. I'm sad to say I'll be gone on a trip for that one, but I make pretty much all that I can.

Here's a link to our website:

Hopefully I'll catch up with some other time,
