Join the Friends of Fish Creek airport for an small annual fee and get free access to bikes and courtesy van. The airport is well maintained, very close to Fish Creek and Ephraim. Great airport to fly to for either a day or weekend trip.

Beautiful place (I seem to remember all the hangers matching) and there is nice little grass strip, but the only time I’ve ever stopped kind of ruined it for me as I needed fuel and they were a very apologetic $6.20 (3 years ago). Glad they got that little problem fixed and according to AirNav they now have Self Service at $4.49 which is area reasonable. With that I guess I'll give them another go next season, been stopping at Sturgeon Bay ever since.

So a $12 annual membership gets you ground transportation access...and where do you recomend to dine?

I stopped there on the way back from Washington Island this year. They now have self service fuel and the price was comparable to other airports in WI. It was cheaper than New Holstein.
