Rumor is that the owner of F&M Enterprises passed away and they shut down production.... So far the web site http://www.fm-enterprises.com times out... Anyone here know what the scoop is.??

Gees, I just spoke to him on the phone a few weeks back on an issue with a loose adapter on my 180. I did have to call a few times to actually talk to him. That was sometime in June if I remember correctly.

Got a hold of them.... Its confirmed... The owner died on June 9th (may have been the 19th..??) according to the sister-in-law that I spoke to on the phone.

According to her they are trying to sell the company. Currently in negotiations with a buyer. But, until then they have shut down production of all of their products.

Sad deal, he was such a nice guy..... I gave my condolences to the family...
