any one here have experience with Air Tec Coatings? good friend of mine is building a Lazer and looking at all options.The Air Tec System looks pretty good to me ( I have little fabric experience)

Yeah, it works ok....but try Stewart's System..you'll live longer, and have a more flexible finish!

I have used airtech and find it is probably the easiest system to use. The glue is the most forgiving of all the systems I've tried. The finish tends to be the most "wet look" of all too. For that finish you pay the price in brittleness though. If you cut out an inspection ring after a year or two and crumple it up in your hands the paint will crackle right off the fabric .

Leaning into your airplane like most do on the tail of a cub when pushing it around will lead to cracking along the stringers...

I am using Stewarts Systems this time. It's not really any more difficult, just different. The only examples I've seen were waaayyy more flexible, and although they had great shine, they didn't quite have that "wet look" although that may just have been those applications.

FWIW I really like the airtech, I just wouldn't use it on something you actually plan on using off field much...
