Re: Feedback wanted on EAA Builder Classes: Good? OK? Other?

A few years ago, my dad and I took the gas welding course together. He has also done the electrical and fabric classes. It's a pretty laid back atmosphere and a fun way to meet other homebuilders. I was a sophomore in high school with no prior welding experience and I learned quite a lot. Of course you'll need more practice before making a final product. I haven't welded very often since then, but now my roommate is teaching me to tig and the EAA course definitely gave me a good background to build from.

Take one of their courses, it'll be a busy weekend, and see if you like it (which you probably will), then take more classes and build somethin fun!
