Field Approval 337 Airframe

Hey everyone,
I am trying to get an example 337 field approval (one that was approved) for an airframe after 1998. I am working on trying to get a field approval for an extended baggage in the Mooney. The guys that I usually would ask, Lasar, charged me for some papers that did me no good at all (I have documents from before 1998 - been done on 10+ planes). So my mechanic tasked me with working on the details and then giving him the stuff (The more I work on it the less I have to pay him, plus I want to learn/understand this stuff). I just need an example 337 with the multiple steps checklist information. If you have one that you don't mind sharing please send me a PM and i'll give you my email! Thanks!
