Actually, I used the day to relocate the plane to the municipal airport and have an IA inspect it for rigging and any other deficiencies. Suprisingly it is in very good shape, other than the 50 foot paint job. The flight was pretty exciting, it lasted about 8-10 minutes, wasn't sure I could keep my bladder under control for that long of a flight. At least now I can access the plane with my car, meaning I can actually use the auto fuel STC, saving big bucks on fuel, and haul tools and cleaning supplies right to the plane.
