We had a small part in an airshow this last weekend on the island of Oahu, Hawaii. It was pretty neat knowing some of the other performers were guys like Kirby Chambliss, the Redbull air race pilot. It was quite a trip and a lot of fun too.



This was a shot of the island as we sat circling, waiting to make a low pass across show center.

The only drawback was at the performers party, only a handful of the civilian pilots actually showed up. I was kind of excited to meet some of those guys. Oh well, I guess if you do it every weekend those events could get somewhat old.
