Fly Idaho, Third Edition

Just received the third edition of Fly Idaho. Galen has done a very nice job with this one, as always. There are now 2 volumes, both in color.

Volume 1 is the Air Info and Resource Sections.
Volume 2 is the Ground and History Sections.
He has also added topo maps of the airport vicinity as well as runway elevation profiles as fold-out pages to the aerial views.

Two strips are delete from what was in the second edition, Murphy Hot Springs and Midway.
Fourteen strips are added so a net gain of 12.

I've just glanced through it so can't comment on the other details yet. All in all a very nice edition with many improvements and additions since the second edition.

Oops, is the link above okay? I forgot about the photo debacle awhile back, sorry about that.

Oh, I'm sure Galen will be delighted to have you advertise his books on this forum.....just don't use any of his material.

I'm not so petty as to get in the way of discussion of a popular product, nor do I want to dredge up the past. Just FYI on the use of images. Thanks!
