Hey guys, Dave told me of the up and coming Fly-In at Timberon, on May 17-19 when he flew in here to chat last week. It is only a half hour flight from our private strip to there in our Taylorcraft, so you KNOW that we will be there. Looks like Dave might be there too.

Brie, thanks for posting, been meaning to check out Timberon for awhile sounds like a good reason to go. I'm down here on the Northern border of the Big Bend Ranch State Park, so not all too far from y'all (5TE1). Not sure if you heard but we started a Big Bend EAA group a few months ago and have had monthly fly-ins at Alpine, Big Bend Ranch, Terlingua Ranch, and gonna be at Marfa this month. I think we're up to about 23 members or so already, but everyone's welcome don't have to be a member. Anyways, hopefully we'll cross paths somewhere.

When and where is your Marfa fly-in? We love coming down to that area from Ft. Worth

Rv8tor, I'm not sure what the dates are for Marfa in March but it will be towards the end of the month I think. It's nothing fancy just a meeting for the local EAA chapter, but when that gets old there is alot of country to fly out here
I missed the one last month so gonna try to be there for this one. I'll PM you the email of the guy that organizes everything.
