Fly with the Texas STOL Roundup "Team"

The Texas STOL Roundup "crew" is getting invites to put on our STOL competition, put on STOL demonstrations, and other non-competiton requests.

As some of these requests come from out of state we find ourselves in need of pilots who would like to participate, be part of the "Team".

Airshow events require willingness to show the FAA your aircraft's log books.

Airshow and other non-competiton events require the pilot be legal to fly and have aircraft liability insurance. Copy of your pilot's license, medical certificate if applicable, and your insurance binder are required.

Fuel, lodging, and transportation are provided by the venue. Fuel can be a wild card, might cover getting there and back, might be a fixed amount, but we'll know beforehand.

If you think you might like to participate should we find ourselves within your striking distance please PM your contact info (including name, phone, email, city, state) and the aircraft model you'd fly.

Thanks

The Ft Worth FSDO have changed their tune. All they want to see is AROW and Pilot License and Medical (if appropriate), which is consistent with Airshows in which I've flown my Stearman. Good news, not so invasive.

Where would you have it?

Near the Fraiser River I hope so I can chase Sturgeon. :-)

That would probably work. Not sure those guys would let an Albertan play in their playground though.
