Bill, in that case you'll need C.W. McCall's classic "Wolf Creek Pass" blasting through the headphones via the Ipod and Garmin 396

It was on one o' cubscout's scRoadTapes several years ago too....

I'm not sure if I still have the file, but I've got the vinyl or 8-track around here someplace. Lemme see here

Thanks. cubscout

Rats. I'm towing gliders that day. (Not that anyone should feel even remotely sorry for me that I get to fly a Super Cub on the glider club's dime!)

To anyone interested

Weather in this part of Colo. has been pretty marginal. I was told yesterday that Pagosa will make its decision as to go/no go for the flyin at 8AM Sat. morning. If you want to know, you can call 970.731.2127 for an update. I am still planning on going, if they have it, but I am pretty close.

HiC

The weather ain't nothin special here either, and predicting up to 16"'s of snow thru Sun.

I can't believe that they haven't already cancelled it. Certainly get a better turn out with better weather.

I supect they will cancel in the AM. and reschedule. I'll keep ya posted if they do. I'll go over if they don't cancel, if I can, but I wouldn't expect much of anyone to show up tomorrow.

Have a good weekend,

Gary

They pretty much cancelled iyt. I wen out to the hangar early, but we had light snow, and lousy vis.

I called, they said if I showed up, they would have 3 planes. I said no thanks. They were going to do a little flying, i guess for as long AS THEY COULD, BUT WANT TO RESCHEDULE LATER IN THE SPRING AND HAVE A BETTER EVENT WITH BETTER WEATHER.

i WILL LET YA KNOW, IF/WHEN IT HAPPENS.
