Flying a T6 to Mexico

How was the customs experience on the return trip back into the US?

Very nice!

Pondering doing Mexico this year. How picky are they on 12" N-Numbers?

No issues. In general, I've had more trouble entering the US than entering Mexico, but this trip it was easy-peasy both ways.

In Mexico I think every person working at the airport that day came out for a photo with the warbird, it was pretty fun.

They didn't give us any hassle. I can't tell you much beyond that.
