Flying Through Canada

Does anybody know what the exemptions are and what proof is required to fly through Canada between Alaska and the Lower 48 now that the border is semi-closed due to COVID-19?

Re: Flying Through Canada

Call Canadian customs, they are very helpful. I called to ask the same thing trying to get to AK for work and they said it was no problem, no proof required, but they did ask what I did for work.
