I tell you what ranch pilot, flying gliders really teaches you to get the most out of your aeroplane, i strongly recommend at least 10 hours in a glider to every pilot. i have 400 hours in them and i reckon they have give me the experience of 2000 hours in anything else.

Thanks I needed that :D , I've got 1000+ hours glider that reminded me of flying the sierras but with a lot more snow.

Bless me father for I have sinned it been 2.5 years since I've rigged my glider and flown it [-o< I have been sinning with a Skywagon [-X

Thanks I needed that :D , I've got 1000+ hours glider that reminded me of flying the sierras but with a lot more snow.

It's always a happy day pulling your glider out of the trailer for the first time in the spring.

New Zealand & the Alps are big bucket list items for me.
