Do you own the land or is there a ground lease? I see by the photo there is electricity, is it 220 or 110? Is there heating or air conditioning? Any covenants or associations involved?

Its on a perpetual ground lease with no reversion to the city. Costs are around $900 for the ground lease and yearly property tax bill. We've got a ceiling mounted Reznor gas heater. No associations. PM If you have further questions.
