Has anyone flown in to KCVO under one of the game day TFRs? It's surface to 3000 around Reser. It looks like you might be able to use 35 to land, but not 17. 17 to take off, not 35 as you'd be into the restricted airspace almost at the end of the runway.

Looks to me that the TFR starts just north of SW Airport Rd. or, 1/2 mile from the departure end of 35. Plenty of room for an early turn on departure from 35, or a close in base leg for 17 in a light airplane.
That being said, I don't think anybody's watching the radar screen over Corvallis airport waiting to violate you for dragging a wingtip through a college football TFR.
