Very Nice! Reminds me of camping at Mickey Hot Springs with my kids, 30 years ago. We cooked hamburger on a steam vent, warmed up canned spaghetti sauce in a hot pool, and cooked noodles on another boiling pool. Put it all together and had a great dinner.
Later, we bucketed hot water from a pool into our home made hot tub: a blue plastic tarp supported by a heavy duty cardboard box. Hot bath and a soak for everyone.
Next morning we folded it all up and were on our way. Sadly, in a pickup, not an airplane.
Very good! Now we don't have to haul the stove any more. But, just what are the temp numbers where the egg cooks and where the wal-mart bag melts into the egg??
very cool CU! a few of my lowlife motorsickle buddies have been to that tub, seems like such a cool spot...may have to head the old dilapidated 182 out there this winter and give 'er a go....!
When I was a kid we used to go to Challis Hot Springs and Gramma would bring one of those wire baskets full of eggs and hang them in the water under the foot bridge, later we would have lots of hard boiled eggs to eat for lunch.
Hey C.U. I really liked your singing, pickin and dancin vids, when can we see another one????

FAN TAS TIC!! Fire off the coordinates I hope this blog stays on for a while cause we all have tricks about "Geocooking" ( I love the term). I'm going to dig out my "4 Stroke coffee" and post! Would be nice to hear what other tricks people use...you never know when you'll need them!
There it is! I dont have the video of myself but my buddy Bob's will do... Although its in french you'll get the drift. All you need is a Honda engine, cup, sugar from your favorite restaurant chain and instand joe. Enjoy
Coyotee Ugly, in lieu of your fancy gucci gucci diamond coated hot tub, here's what we do with fresh lake water when you're hunting partner cant stand your stench in the walltent anymore!! "Geowashing"
I had a "Snorkle Stove" some years ago, it was an all aluminum stove that was designed to be totally submerged with just the loading door and the exhaust vent out of the water. I had it mounted in a 4' dia. round stock tank, just like the one in CU's vid. My lady friend and I would get dinner prepped, put a good movie in the VCR, crack a bottle of wine, and jump in the tub and fool around while dinner cooked. Good clean fun

Sure beats the rigors of trying to get a courtesy car too.
Back before i knew about airplanes my buddy and I would get in my car and drive to North Carolina to visit another buddy. We figured out that a brat wrapped in foil sitting on my valve cover was perfect right around Ravenswood, WV. That was back when my car would hold coolant though. Probably cooked by Zanesville now.
