Getting your seaplane rating in Idaho

Hello all. The end of the seaplane season in Idaho is probably within the next 8 weeks. BRRR!! Anyway, I just wanted to let you know that if you were ever considering a seaplane rating, then this fall would be the time to do it. I will be offering the training for $1100 for the remainder of this season. Think about it and give me a call. Fly safe.

Hello again. It has been a great winter of ski flying, and have built some unforgettable memories this winter. I will be putting the floats back on here in the middle of April, so for those of you who are ready....its almost time.

Hi,

I was wondering if you think you will still have floats on the week of thanksgiving? and if so would you be available? If you are available but won't still have floats on do you do backcountry training by the hour? How much? Basically I'll be in boise over thanksgiving and want to fly any ideas?

Thanks,
Sara

Seaplane training

Hello everyone,

Once again we are nearing the end of the seaplane flying season. I made it until December 31 last year, but am not sure how long it will last this year. There is the possibility that I will leave my Cub on floats, and take it to California/Arizona, and train down there for the winter. I hope everyone had a great Backcountry flying season. Talk to you all soon.

I haven't seen your bird this summer in McCall. Are you still working out of McCall and under whose certificate?

No certificate required for flight training.

One of these days?

Rob,

I keep you in mind often, since your close to Eastern Oregon. I'll get with you sooner or later and finish up my SES rating.

Enjoy down south when you head that way.

See ya, Bub
