I have a Garmin eTrex Vista C, a non-aviation handheld GPS. It's great for backpacking, exploring the countrside, whatever, but as a pilot, having a GPS with no aviation data seems weird. So, I found this website:
http://www.navaid.com/GPX/
You can choose your criteria, and export a .gpx file than can be imported by Garmin Mapsource, or other GPS waypoint management programs like EasyGPS. The file contains airport, navaid, and intersection waypoints that have frequency and runway extra data. This is all standard for an aviation GPS, but it's kinda neat to have it in a tiny unit too.
