What can a guy expect to pay up there a month?

Put your name on the list with the city of Bend as soon as possible. You never know. One day they called me (three years later) and viola, I had a hangar. They just raised the rent on me but still, it's not too bad at $185.00/month. Nothing fancy but, I'm out of the weather. Prior to being with the city, I was paying 300 to 325 per month for privately owned hangars in Prineville and Bend.
