Thanks. Used to be in IT for about eight years before getting into flying. Hope to have another video online in the coming months; they always seem to take me longer to edit than I think (and I'm a bit lazy about it too these days).
This one was parked on the ramp at Thun Field in Puyallup WA last week. Registered to an Alaskan owner, with a restricted aerial surveying airworthiness certificate.
While I was looking up the ownership, I googled porters and discovered (rediscovered?) the pc-6.com website. If you're into Porters, that's a great site.
This beauty came and visited the fly-in at Mack Mesa in 2012 and I drooled all over it. Massive airplane up close and in person.
It lived in Grand Junction at the time, owned by the Twin Otter company there. Don't know if it's still there or not, but the owner was a nice guy. Maybe he'll bring it out to Mack again this year...
