Yep, it’s early still. We been getting dumped on every night lately. I sure wouldn’t bet on one of the border strips being clear......at least call ahead.
Toad River is a fun spot....stop for lunch if nothing else.....nice folks, but they’re Canadian, so what would you expect?

Is filing an EAPIS still required?
I would guess yes.
FWIW Avery Field 69S in Washington similarly straddles the border, and is a border-crossing station.

Yes, as MTV correctly points out, eApis is still very much required. Still have to give either Canadian or U.S. 2 hours advance notice +/- 15 minutes via phone too.
