Heavy duty cessna c18X mount.

Have you modified your aircraft? STC? STOL Kit? Major rebuild from just a data plate?

Heavy duty cessna c18X mount.

Hey guys. I went to see my friend today who is the most incredible aerowelder i have ever seen to get some work done on my exhaust.

While there i noticed an engine mount sitting in a corner. Turns out it is one of his own design. It suits c180, c182, and c185 aircraft. I cant tell you a huge amount about it as if im honest i dont know alot, but i can find out more or put anyone who is interested in touch with him.

Long story short its an extremley heavy duty engine mount, of which if you manage to break be concerned about the rest of your plane! It was originaly developed for o-540 and o-580 conversions in 182's used in sky dive operations as they kept breaking mounts. However its same strength factor makes it the perfect backcountry mount, particuarly for the heavier engines.

Anyway feel free to ask any questions and I can forward them on.
